David Meyerowitz Consulting provides tailored support, vision and strategy to help organisations to thrive in today’s competitive landscape.

I have been in business for over 40 years, over half of this time as a Chair, Chief Executive Officer or Managing Director and a time honoured main board director.

I’m experienced working with both the private sector and public sector organisations, and with the very different dynamics of privately owned family businesses and large global corporations.

I have an extensive track record in sales and marketing and have been a Fellow of the Charted Institute of Marketing for 25 years. My time leading organisations has afforded me a broad understanding across all functions at board level, including, Finance, HR, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Legal and Compliance.

The main source of motivation for me is delivering real value to all company stakeholders; Shareholders, Directors/Leadership Team, Employees, Customers, Suppliers and the Community. Central to my focus are the key assets of any orgnaisation, “The Power of Three” – Brands, Customers and Colleagues.

People are the major asset in any oganisation and essential for success. Attracting, developing and retaining talent is an area I am very interested in and was able to take a large organisation through accreditation with the Top Employers Institute to develop them as a credible destination employer.

I’m an effective problem solver and leverage my strategic bridging capabilities to help connect and gain the support of effective enablers for organisations. Revenue and profit growth (including turnaround/ transformation) is a notable speciality, and I have gained considerable know-how in navigating organisations through M&A, financial restructuring, crisis situations and exit.
